ABOUT THE BOOK: When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she knows about only from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal, but Tamlin—one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled their world.

As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she’s been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient, wicked shadow over the faerie lands is growing, and Feyre must find a way to stop it . . . or doom Tamlin—and his world—forever.

MY REVIEW:  This is the first Sarah J. Maas book I read and I already love her writing. This book is a retelling of The Beauty And The Beast, due to which it became quite predictable but the outstanding writing made it so very captivating and interesting that you won’t lose interest even once while reading . The character development and their description was superb. The protagonist, Feyre has been portrayed as a very strong woman who fought till the end for her love. While Tamlin, I think has been displayed as a powerful and silent male. It was quite obvious that both of them were going to end up together but I think Tamlin has been shown a little weak specially in the end of the book. I expected more from him in the end of the book. Nevertheless, the ending still remained amazing and I loved the way how plot started twisting in the second half of the book. I recommend this to everyone who like fantasy novels for the slightest bit.

(THESE REVIEWS ARE MY POINT OF VIEWS, AND YOUR OPINIONS MIGHT BE VARYING FROM MINE)

Sincerely,

Reader.
